Cicero-North Syracuse High School held commencement for the Class of 2012 on Friday, June 22, 2012, at the Onondaga County War Memorial in Syracuse.
After Codi Lyke, 18, walks across the stage to receive her diploma, CNS school board member, Catherine Cifaratta-Brayton hands her and every graduate a red rose.

During the graduation ceremony, The Merola family, from left: father, Albert; son Albert Joseph AJ 14; mother, Sharon; and daughter, Marissa, 17, are being presented a honorary diploma for Miranda Merola who died suddenly in Feb 2010 from the CNS school district. Miranda is the daughter of Sharon and Albert Merola.
